Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ZEXEA (hereinafter 'Company') and users in relation to the use of AI development services, education services, and related services (hereinafter 'Services') provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
- 'Service' means all services provided by the Company, including AI development, automation solutions, education programs, and related services.
- 'User' means all customers who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- 'Project' means work commissioned by the user to the Company, such as AI development and automation construction.
Article 3 (Posting and Modification of Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the website so that users can easily understand them.
- The Company may modify these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws if deemed necessary.
- When the Company modifies the Terms, it will announce the effective date and reasons for modification together with the current Terms at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
A service agreement is formed when a user applies for service use in the form prescribed by the Company and the Company accepts it.
The Company may refuse to accept or terminate the service agreement afterwards for applications falling under the following.
- If there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the application
- If accepting the application is deemed to significantly interfere with the Company's technical or business operations
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following acts.
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Misappropriating others' information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by the Company
- Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
- Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business
- Posting or disclosing obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals
Article 6 (Company Obligations)
- The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide services continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms.
- The Company establishes a security system to protect personal information so that users can use services safely.
- The Company promptly handles opinions or complaints raised by users if deemed justified.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
- Users shall not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Company.
- Copyright for project deliverables shall be determined according to separate contracts.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempted from liability for service provision when it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, telecommunications service interruptions, or similar circumstances.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by the user's fault.
- The Company is not liable for any loss of expected profits from using the Service, or for any damages from materials obtained through the Service.
- Due to the nature of AI services, the accuracy or completeness of results is not guaranteed, and users should use results as reference materials.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation handling organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for damages.
- Disputes arising between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation in principle.
Article 10 (Jurisdiction)
If litigation is filed for disputes arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 11 (Marketing Communications)
The Company sends marketing emails only with the explicit consent of the user and adheres to the following practices.
- Marketing emails are sent only when users have directly opted in through a subscription form.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.
- Users may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting reducingtime@zexea.io.
- The Company does not purchase, rent, or scrape email lists.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from February 16, 2026.
